| Hi Manuel I don't think I can thank you enough for the change in Maple, she is a different dog! At long last she is the dog we wanted not the crazy puppy we loved. The difference at home is unbelivable. She no longer chases the cat around the house or the kids! She sits on her bed or at Jaspers feet and is so mellow. We have no more problems with her chasing the kids in the garden either. She is a pleasure to walk with as she doesn't try to sit on everyone who says hello to her. Or jump at every dog she meets. She sits and waits patiently while we get ready to open the door. She has accepted Saffron (our new daughter) and sits at my feet watching while I breastfeed her. When she cries she looks at her and looks to me. She has had a good lick and nose a few times. I feel I can let her look in the pushchair without fearing she will try and jump in. She no longer tries to sit on my knee which is a great relief especially when I am nursing the baby. She no longer rushes at us when we walk through the door and most importantly NO MORE JUMPING! Hi Manuel, Long time no see. I hope all is well with you and yours. I trust you had a great Holiday! I am writing this to praise you and your staff. It is that time of year to give thanks. I wanted you to know how grateful we are to all of you. Edgardo and Carlos who always show up with a smile. Their professionalism and caring always shine through. Ali is ALWAYS so excited to see them. This is a huge indicator to me that she is always treated well. She truly loves them! I remember in the beginning we would literally have to shove her into the truck with her tail between her legs and urinating all over the place. Now, she waits by a window to watch for the truck and she runs to the truck and gets right in the cage! It is comforting for all of us to know she is "at home" with all of you. Last but not least Deborah-whom I think is the fastest responder I have ever met! When I email her she is so quick to respond - it is always within minutes! Hopefully, I will get to meet her in real life but she is just great! Anyway, I wanted to say how wonderful you all are and to let you know your staff is a direct reflection of you-awesome! Hi Manuel, Laos is very good and happy. I’m not sure if he enjoyed the quarantine station like he enjoyed Argentina, but it was just one month… The first time we saw him he recognized us and showed happiness. It was a great moment!!! Now he is at home enjoying his “parents” again (after seven long months!!!). Once more, I would like to say thank you very much for your attention and professionalism. | Hi Manuel & Martin Just wanted to let you know everything went well with the cats......big thanks to Manuel. It was nice to know if I had a problem I could contact Martin here in London. Real peace of mind. The kennels are really nice and the staff are very friendly. It is very cold visiting Sid and Sai-Wan however their pen is very big and they have heating in their "bed-box". The dogs are finally here in Oulu, Finland! I was very pleased to see that they all are in very good shape and the long flight did not harm them in any way! The crates were dry and clean so they were taken care of during the long flights, in Frankfurt and Helsinki they got out to be able to relief themselves and stretch their legs. All three of them were very happy to see me. After some playing in the snow and a nice meal, they are now lying beside me and seem to be happy to be here... Read

| Hola Alejo, Sorry I have not written before, but our lives have been very busy. We are now working in Dubai-UAE. Merlin (African grey parrot) arrived safely in Cape Town, in good condition. We were very pleased with the service you gave us all the way through, to when you let us know Merlin had arrived in Cape Town. We would recommend Las Lunas to any one who is traveling with their pets, to or from Argentina. You made us feel that our Merlin was getting VIP treatment, and that you all have a good feeling for the animals.
